We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, the responsibility is ours, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every job on one board in our office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
